About Dr. Culotta

Dr. Brad Culotta is a board-certified Pediatric and Adolescent Sports Medicine Specialist serving patients at BROC’s Bluebonnet Campus in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Dr. Culotta attended Catholic High School here in Baton Rouge. He received his Doctor of Medicine Degree from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans, Louisiana. He completed his residency training in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Alabama-Birmingham Hospital and further specialized in Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery through fellowship training at the Atlanta Scottish Rite Hospital – Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Dr. Culotta previously served as the Chief of Pediatric Surgical Services for Our Lady of the Lake’s Children’s Hospital.
