About Dr. Culotta

Dr. Brad Culotta is a board-certified Pediatric and Adolescent Sports Medicine and Scoliosis Specialist serving patients at BROC’s Bluebonnet Campus in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

A Baton Rouge native, Dr. Culotta attended Catholic High School before earning his Doctor of Medicine degree from LSU School of Medicine in New Orleans. He completed his residency in Orthopaedic Surgery at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital, followed by a fellowship in Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgery at Scottish Rite Hospital for Children, part of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Previously serving as Chief of Pediatric Surgical Services and currently as Chief of Orthopedics at Our Lady of the Lake Children’s Hospital, Dr. Culotta provides expert orthopedic care for young patients at BROC. His dedication to pediatric and adolescent sports medicine, combined with extensive clinical experience and community involvement, makes him a trusted expert for children and adolescents in need of orthopedic care.
