Dr. Nick Hatzis received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of South Florida’s College of Natural Sciences. He also went on to receive his Doctor of Medicine from the University of South Florida’s College of Medicine. He completed his Internship and Residency at the Louisiana State University Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. He then went on to complete his Fellowship at the University of Texas Health Science Center, Department of Orthopaedic Surgery Shoulder Service. Dr. Hatzis holds active hospital privileges at Baton Rouge General and Our Lady of the Lake. With a focus on shoulder and elbow surgeries, he is dedicated to improving patients’ mobility and quality of life using the latest orthopedic techniques.
