Unless a new agreement is reached, BROC physicians and providers will become out-of-network with Humana effective September 1, 2026. BROC will remain in-network with Humana through August 31, 2026.

When contacting us to schedule your patients, please provide the following information:

  • Reason for referral
  • Type of specialist needed (Orthopedic Surgeon, Pain Management, etc.)
  • Preferred provider or First Available
  • Patient demographic and insurance information
  • Corresponding records faxed to Physician or Clinic

We will work with your patient to complete the registration process and schedule an appointment at their convenience.
