Master of Physical Therapy Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in 2001
Transitional Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Regis University in 2010
Bachelor of Science degree in Biology Northwestern State University.

Clinical Interests:

Jaime has received extensive continuing education and graduate coursework studying current evidence and management strategies for a variety of orthopedic conditions. She has been in practice for 17 years in the orthopedic setting.  She recently has authored and taught throughout the southern region continuing education on an Evidenced Based Approach to the Evaluation and Treatment of Foot and Ankle Conditions.  She also has authored multiple online courses for ankle and foot rehabilitation. In 2013, she completed her certification in Dry Needling from the Spinal Manipulation Institute.  She has also recently completed additional coursework in Integrative Dry Needling with the emphasis on a more systemic approach to Dry Needling.   Jaime is certified by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties as a specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. She has specialized training in high velocity, low amplitude thrust mobilization of the spine from the Spinal Manipulation Institute, the McKenzie method, Graston Technique, and advanced manual training from the University of St. Augustine.   She regularly attends national Physical Therapy meetings to remain up-to-date on the evidence in the field of Orthopedic and Sports Physical Therapy and is a Credential Clinical Instructor regularly instructing Physical Therapy Students from various Universities.
